Yes. Every candle is carefully handcrafted with attention to quality, design, and detail. Because each candle is handmade, slight variations in color or finish make every piece unique.

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite candles to your cart, and complete the secure checkout process.
5. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update your order.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided production has not started. Approved cancellations receive a full refund.
7. Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We welcome bulk orders for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, religious celebrations, and return gifts.
8. Do you offer custom candles?
Yes. Depending on availability, we may offer custom candle designs for special occasions and events.
Shipping
9. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver only within Madhya Pradesh, India.
10. How long does shipping take?
All candles are made to order. Orders are usually delivered within 10–15 days from the date of order.
11. Will I receive tracking information?
We will share dispatch details via email or WhatsApp
Returns & Refunds
12. Do you accept returns?
No. Since our candles are handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
13. What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
14. What if I receive the wrong item?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

15. Are your candles decorative or functional?
Both. Our candles are designed to look beautiful while also creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
16. Are your candles suitable for gifting?
Absolutely. They make wonderful gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, housewarmings, baby showers, and many other occasions.
17. Can I use your candles as wedding favors?
Yes. Our handcrafted candles are popular as wedding favors, bridal shower favors, guest gifts, and event keepsakes.
Candle Care
18. How should I burn my candle?
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.
19. Should I trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) before each use for a cleaner burn.
20. How long should I burn my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the top before extinguishing the flame.
21. How do I store my candles?
Keep candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

22. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay’s secure checkout.
23. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

24. Can businesses place wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from event planners, gift shops, wedding organizers, and businesses.
25. Do you offer candles for corporate gifts?
Yes. We can assist with bulk gifting for businesses and special events.
